Heard around the web: ""Difference between a good fisherman and a great fisherman is one split shot." re: nymph fishing. I did find that split shot on my leader this past weekend helped greatly in getting nymphs into the trout zone.
I was trolling about on the web searching for some info on Fracking and came across this paper that describes it in terms I get and talks about some of policy issues. The net is you should probably get behind federal legislation that seeks to standardize the regulatory environment around fracking.
